On September 3, Flores posted a message expressing gratitude to local business leaders: “Thank you to the Leander Chamber of Commerce for the invitation to the Public Officials Luncheon. The following day, on September 4, Flores extended congratulations to fellow lawmakers embarking on new roles: “Congratulations to @SenCreighton on being selected as the new Chancellor of Texas Tech University.
