Report: 57.5% of students at Harper ISD Schools not on "college track" in 2020-21 school year

Of the 40 students in Harper ISD's schools, 23 (57.5%) weren't on the academic track to qualify for college in the 2020-21 school year, according to Hill Country Chronicle's analysis of test scores from the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
