Of the 3,476 people living in Cienegas Terrace in 2019, 50.6 percent (1,760) were women and 49.4 percent (1,716) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Hill Country Chronicle.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,090-to-1,022. In the 65 and over age range, there were 93 females and 150 males.
