There were 530 white students enrolled in San Felipe-Del Rio CISD schools in the 2021-22 school year, 7.5% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that San Felipe-Del Rio CISD schools welcomed 9,870 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 5.4% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

San Felipe-Del Rio CISD roughly covers schools within Val Verde County and has a main office in Del Rio.

Among the 15 schools in San Felipe-Del Rio CISD schools, Del Rio High School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 117 students.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.
