There were two American Indian students enrolled in Fredericksburg ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 60% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Fredericksburg ISD schools welcomed 3,094 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.1% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Fredericksburg ISD roughly covers schools within Gillespie County and has a main office in Fredericksburg.

Among the six schools in Fredericksburg ISD schools, Fredericksburg High School recorded the highest enrollment of American Indian students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of one student.
