AKINS HIGH SCHOOL: FREE, tele-counseling services through SAFE Alliance on July 31

Akins High School recently issued the following announcement

Event Name: FREE, tele-counseling services through SAFE Alliance

What: FREE, tele-counseling services through SAFE AllianceWhen7/31/2020

Expect Respect is a program through the SAFE Alliance designed to provide support for students focusing on safe and healthy relationships. They are currently offering FREE, tele-counseling services through the summer until school resumes. Flyer with more information about the program. Tele-counseling will be available to young people ages 12 and older and is completely free. Services are provided by Master's level counselors and social workers, in English AND Spanish.

Teens, parents, school staff, community members, and counselors can make a referral by calling or e-mailing Agnes Aoki at aaoki@safeaustin.org ; 512-356-1621. This can just be a casual message/email asking for counseling for (the name of the teen or student id) and return contact information.
