There were 4,014 students enrolled in Marble Falls ISD schools in the 2021-22 school year, 2.1% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 53.3% of them were boys, and 46.7% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Marble Falls ISD students was Hispanic, accounting for 49.4% of the student population.

Marble Falls ISD roughly covers schools within Burnet County with its main office in Marble Falls.

Among the seven schools in Marble Falls ISD, Marble Falls High School recorded the highest enrollment of 1,191 students in the 2021-22 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
