On Friday, February 16, former Veterans Memorial High School standouts Brant Schmidt and Miguel Perez’s current college team, the Schreiner Mountaineers, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division III game against the Concordia Tornados.

The game took place in Austin, Texas. This was their first matchup against the Concordia Tornados this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, February 17 at 2:30 p.m. in Austin, Texas against George Fox Bruins.
